Terms of Service for Digital Products

Welcome to Nocodo LTD's "Go To Market Guide for Founders" (hereinafter referred to as "the Guide"). Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before purchasing the Guide.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the Guide, you agree to be bound by these Terms and confirm that you have read and understood them.

2. Description of the Product

The Guide is a digital book designed to help founders in selling and marketing software products on the internet through direct sales. The Guide is currently in the pre-order stage and is not yet complete.

3. Pre-Order and Pricing

  • The full price of the Guide is 1000 EUR (inclusive of VAT).
  • We are currently accepting pre-orders at a discounted price of 500 EUR (inclusive of VAT).
  • This pre-order price is valid until the release of the Guide.

4. Payment and Delivery

  • Payment is processed through Stripe for credit card transactions.
  • Alternative payment methods can be arranged by contacting our Telegram BOT at https://t.me/AlmasGTMBot.
  • Upon successful payment, you will gain access to a closed Telegram channel for updates on the Guide.

5. Refund Policy

  • If we fail to release the Guide, we will issue a full refund to customers who have pre-ordered.

6. Access to Closed Telegram Channel

  • Purchasing the Guide grants access to an exclusive Telegram channel, where updates, release dates, and information on potential cross-sales of other digital products will be shared.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content within the Guide is the property of Nocodo LTD.
  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Guide is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Nocodo LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Guide.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Nocodo LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.
